Business Terms
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our product, we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect choices.
Deposits
Full deposits will be withheld in the event of a cancellation.
Damages
Please take care handling your frame because we cannot be responsible for damages that occur once items leave our store.
Unclaimed Items
If after 3 months from the above date you have not come to collect them or made other arrangements, we will dispose of them as per “Uncollected Goods Act 1995 (NSW)”.
