Satisfaction guarantee

Frame Today provides a lifetime guarantee on all our frames because your satisfaction is essential to our success. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt of the product to receive a replacement or full refund for the purchase price of the product (shipping and return postage & handling charges will not be refunded). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.

When signing for delivery, please do not accept damaged packages. You are entitled to refuse the shipment if the package arrives visibly damaged. By signing for your delivery, you are agreeing that it arrived without visible damage.

Returning online orders

If you wish to return your purchase, contact our Factory by e-mailing factory@frameotday.com.au noting:

  1. Your sale/order number.
  2. The reason for returning your order.
  3. If you are seeking an exchange or refund.

We will then review your request and once approved we will provide return instructions.

Please package your frame carefully using the packaging it arrived in and we recommend that you return it via a trackable service. We happily take responsibility for sending your items in good condition and cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items being returned to us.

Online refunds and exchanges

Once we have received your returned order in original condition with all accessories, proof of purchase and completed returns form, we will either:

  • Refund the purchase price of the product (return shipping charges will not be refunded only the product will be refunded). The refund will be processed on the credit card you used for your order within 15 days from approval date.
  • Provide a replacement product to the same value as your original order.
  • If declined, we will contact you to discuss your options.
